Historic Mills

In 2009, the Lamprey River Advisory Committee awarded a small grant to Neatline Associates to document historic mills along the Lamprey. Their study found more than 100 former mill sites along the Lamprey's 47 mile course from Northwood to Newmarket. Information on each site was gathered and accurately mapped using GIS.
